Hello,
Can someone help me? I have MSI B85-G41 PC Mate (MS-7850) and I just bought kingston m.2 ssd card. I know that I dont have m.2 slot on my motherboard so I bought ultra compact internal pcie axagon adapter. I cloned my OS to my new ssd and when go to boot menu I dont see my ssd :/

You can’t use those pci adapted for the boot drive. This will only work for storage only.
 
Might not because it doesn't mention NVMe, only bSATA M.2 drives. Check if your SSD has SATA mode too, most have but your may not.

and might be better because of better cooling. NVME drives can get hot.
