I am having an issue when I try to update my Bios for my mobo it does not recognize the file contents for some reason I believe I have the right motherboard and driver link but when I put it on my thumb drive it shows up as empty contents during the M-Flash utility tool the mobo comes with? Any ideas why this would be I know that Origin PC used American Megatrends but I don't think I would get my BIOS from them but the manufacturer. I have linked my specs below as well as the link to BIOS driver from MSI website. This is kind of my last ditch effort to fix the driver issue I appear to be having as I know the card is faulty because I can play for hours on end without issue and then randomly trigger a driver failure.

Solution
did you unzip the compressed file yet? just take the file that is named E7B50IMS.1C1 (the latest beta bios)

make sure you have the flashdrive on fat32 format, plug it on the usb socket under the ps/2 slot, otherwise it wouldnt work

I am having the exact same issue as you with my custom-built pc. I have an AMD 5950x, RTX 3090, 32 GB ram, x570 motherboard. Searching online shows that many other people are having similar issues. Either there is some hardware defect/ incompatibility that is not clearly known right now, or there is some driver-related issue. I am hoping that it is a driver issue, but I have not found a solution yet.
