Question MSI MPG Z490 not booting to M.2

I just finished assembling my system with a 10700K and an MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus MB. I’m using a WD Blue NAND M.2 2280 as the boot drive. If I do a fresh instal of Windows it seems to boot just fine but when I try and boot with a cloned version the bios doesn’t see the windows boot option. I have even tried to boot off of the original hard drive that I used as a template for the M.2 and the system still cannot find the windows boot option. Any guidance would be appreciated at this point.

Below is a link to a picture showing the BIOs boot settings I have. I must say this BIOs version seems to be missing some features compared to a Z390 build I did last year with another MSI Gaming motherboard.

So I was able to determine that the problem was due to my drive being formatted as MBR and not GPT. Unfortunately I was not able to clone my original drive as GPT without loosing data so I ended up doing a fresh install and simply moving my files over after the fact.

I had the same issue due to a MBR drive and I resolved it by changing from UEFI to CSM mode in the advanced settings.
