MSI mpower max ac or gaming 7

i am planning to buy a motherboard. msi mpower max ac or gaming 7 or is their any other motherboard that can outperform these.i will be playing games on ultra settings and a little overclocking

If you are overclocking then go with the Z97 MPOWER since those are made with tougher component to with withstand Pressure from overclocking.... it will give you more MHZ out of your processor and memory than the gaming 7....
