Do not go with a 4GB model. It's unnecessary, and it costs more. Most games (besides Source based games) will only utilize 2GB anyways.

If you're looking to manually OC, go with MSI. With my experience with MSI, I had a fun time playing with the clocks on that bad boy. Though it was Radeon, I believe there isn't a huge difference when playing with the clocks when it comes to MSI.

If you're open to new ideas, take a look at this bad boy here.

Gigabyte is one of the best Price per Performance companies out there, so this is your best bet for a 4GB card if you really want one.

you will down the road...trust me, i suggest you google a little on the subject and that will change your mind...
Battlefield 4 and titanfall already use more than 2 gb of vram at 1080p and they are not even considered
''real next gen games'' yet...real next gen titles like watch dogs for example will use anywhere
from 2.5gb all the way up to 4 gb...at 1080p, so if you like pretty textures and supersampling a little,
a 3gb or more graphics card is required

Also another thing to consider is that the GTX 780 is all around about 42% faster than the GTX 770,
so i would do a price/performance ratio comparision beetween the two, and factor in the fact that the 780
has 3gb of memory...

The GTX 780 house the all mighty GK110 chip juste like the titan and 780ti, the GTX770 house the previous
gen GK104 chip just like the GTX680, so if you dont have the budget for a 780, i would look to get a used GTX680
and save some more...
