At the moment i have an alpha cit mid-tower gaming case.
I cant actually fit my gpu inside the case.
Would be the next sort of cheapest case that still looks nice which is compatible with my gpu and my aorus b450 elite motherboard.

To provide a confirm answer to your question, there are many variants of gtx 980 ti from MSI, would you be able to specify one edition/model?

Seems like that case has a 335mm length of space for GPU. Most 900 series video cards by Nvidia should fit.
