MSI Nvidia GTX 660 Gaming Edition

OK guys, I put this under Graphics Cards because it is my assumed problem.

My Specs:
Title
Intel Core i3 4160
8 GB Kingston Hypermax RAM
Corsair 750M PSU


I'm not sure what the problem is exactly, but for those of you who have played league of legends, you know its not at all an intensive game, but my computer struggles to run it, and it does so at 30 fps most of the time. Also afterburner says my graphics card is running at 324 MHz. I heard something about voltages, but afterburner says 0 is that OK?

What do the drivers say the speed is? Have you tried using newer/older drivers?

If you haven't downloaded a driver yet, get them from the NVIDIA site.

Yes I have the newest nividia drivers, But I don't know how to check speed...
