msi nvidia gtx 750 ti ocv1 on 420w psu ?

I have bought gtx 750 ti ocv1 but the problem is that it needs 400w psu and i have only 420w.
Are there any problems?And if yes is this psu good enough http://www.lc-power.de/index.php?id=180&L=1
