MSI mobos and GPUs are getting better, but I think they have Asus' terrible support and RMA to thank more than themselves.

Have they fixed their laptop hinges yet? That's one area where they were years behind.

My last two GPUs (4090, and 5090) have been MSI and they have been very reliable. For motherboards, I have always stuck with ASUS, but am reconsidering MSI for my next build there as well.

Yeah if you’re already buying MSI GPUs, then why waste money on an Asus mobo? The GPU is the one place I’d consider paying for Asus in hopes of better quality. I wish Sapphire made a full line of hardware.

Will never buy MSI. I have owned 2, and will never buy that junk again. There bios is junk there software is junk and their support is junk. Even their RMA process is ridiculous. Al i have bought in the past 8 years other than those 2 MSI junk boards is Gigabyte and they are solid. Their bios is easy to navigate and get to the overclock settings. Gigabyte in my opinion has an amazing RMA and support. They bring the best power and design. Im using a B650 Aorus elite with a 9800X3D and i can overclock and undervolt it to the max with no issues and im running a Aorus Master RX 6800XT, which is an absolute beast to use with tons of overclocking and undervolting ( waiting till next gen GPUs come out to upgrade). With MSI pulling their regional product stacks and and terrible support and clunky products, they will never get any business from me.
