[SOLVED] MSI Optix G241 too bright

Monitor spec, 144hz, HDMI, dport, gsync, 1ms, 1080p. Desktop i7 9700, Nvidia 1660ti. Windows 11. Latest monitor driver and video card driver installed. I will be using monitor mainly for photo editing and some video. I was told by a sale lady to just use the monitor preset for designer. The problem is when I set it using any preset the screen is too bright and contrasty. What's the correct way to set this up. I tried Windows 11 monitor color calibrate setting but it said my monitor has wide gamut and it would not right if using the Windows calibration. Should I just use manual preset? What brightness and contrast percentage should I use? Should I set to 144hz even though I don't play games?
