I recently bought the MSI Optix G273QPF, and I can't determine if it has freesync or not. Rtings says it does, but I can't find anywhere that it does.

From someone who owns the monitor, can you let me know? Otherwise, despite only paying $280 for it, I am going to return it if that's the case.

Looks like it has gsync from what I’m seeing online. If you are using an nvidia gpu then you should be fine as gsync does about the same thing but it proprietary to nvidia. So if you ever switched to an amd card you may not be able to utilize the technology.

This is the monitor I have. It’s actually gone up. I bought it a month or two ago for 249.

Thanks! Yeah, I have AMD stuff, so I'll likely have to return this unfortunately.

Keeping my eyes out for a good monitor that is similar though (Canada).
