MSI or Gigabyte GTX 970?

I'm looking to overclock a little. Also, size of the card is not an issue because I have an NZXT Phantom 630 case. I just wanted to know which card has better performance.

Both great, either. How much they OC will have more to do with luck than the brand

I own Gigabyte g1, great card.
MSI also a great choice.
I'd pick cheaper one. Tough decisions

To me it would really come down to the aesthetics. At most you might get 1fps more and even that it's probably because of the silcon lottery. Price would be my second.
