MSI or GIGABYTE Z97

Hi guys, would like to know some opinion on choosing a motherboard.

1. Gigabyte z97x gaming 7
2. MSI z97 gaming 7

Which should I choose? thx

I'd probably opt for the MSI due to the fact that it has 12 power phases compared to the Gigabyte's 8.

MSI Z97 GAMING 7 have 12 power phase more batter than Gigabyte z97x gaming 7 for overclocking.
I would go MSI Z97 GAMING 7,and this board is combo now more cheaper than gigabyte.
