msi p35 neo2 with e4500

hi guys,

why can i not get 7*400 on this mobo?? can u even decrese ur multiplier on this cpu?? if i wanted to do 11*260 would i need to change any voltages??
i just dunno in what situation to change the voltages? i know core 2 can handle oc without overvoltage

my ram is 2bg a data and i hav stock cooler (still low temps)

Did you increase the NB, SB, and FSB voltage? Is your ram settings laxed enough?
