MSI p67gd55 always goes into BIOS on boot up all of a sudden

Hello there,

MSI P67-GD55 beauty board with newest BIOS and previously did not have this problem. Continue to go into SETUP in the BIOS after every reset / cold boot.

I did get a replacement motherboard from the bad chipset Intel Sandybridge released, so it was working previously.

The motherboard settings are just now setup to default and its the same thing.

Hardware changes are Null. And Ive searched the bios for a setting that can trigger this but no luck.

What bios version r u using now, im planning to buy exactly the p67a-gd55 (b3).
