MSI P6N-SLI-FI: any good?

This board has more features I like than the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3, plus I can get it cheaper. Question is, how decent are they to OC? And I guess overall?

just got one ah these off newegg...little chip by the ddr slots smoked/burned. use case standoffs, gonna try for rma. It still looks nice though.
