Question MSI PRO B650-P WiFi showing Red and yellow lights.

I recently had a motherboard failure and decided to upgrade my pc. Here are the specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x
Mobo: MSI PRO B650-P WiFi
GPU: RTX 3090 ROG White edition
RAM: 32GB DDR5 GSkill Flare X5 Series
AIO: Corsair H150i with LCD on pump
PSU: Corsair 850w (I also have an extra 1000w available but not mine since a friend loaned it to try it out for troubleshooting)
Storage: 3 1tb ssd

I went to microcenter and bought one of the bundle deals for a great price. Got home and swapped the mobo and installed the ram and got everything in and powered it on. Without the gpu it powered on. With the gpu it didn’t power it on at all. Just showed the lights by the power ports on the gpu showing they weren’t plugged in. Tried a different gpu and it powered on but no display. Tried reseating the ram multiple times. Tried resetting the cpu. Nothing it is showing the red (cpu) and yellow (ram) lights for the debug part of the mobo everytime it powers on. I’m completely stumped so here we are.

I don’t understand why you bought the CPU with integrated graphics and a discrete graphics card as well.

This makes me so upset for not realizing what the guy at microcent sold me….. I told him the specs and all since I haven’t done the research for the latest stuff out since I haven’t upgraded the cpu, ram and mobo in awhile. I had the gpu prior to buying the parts didn’t realize this until now. Thanks for pointing that out for me. I’m gonna go bang my head int o a wall for that lmao

Even without the gpu. It still doesn’t show the display at all. Still the red and yellow debug lights.
