MSI Pro Z690-A DDR4 Wifi

I got everything built but when pressing power button the CPU light comes on (Flash RED once) and quickly turns off. Fans also come on and go off.

Running a Intel 12600K
PSU is 850W

I have:
Checked all connections and secured RAM
Checked compatibility

Need help

Please post detailed specs of parts and W10 or 11? Thanks

I would start by checking that the memory is in slots A2 and B2 (the second and fourth away from the CPU), and then try clearing the CMOS and then attempt to boot into the bios. If that fails try just booting with a single stick in slot A2, the second away from the CPU.

I’ve went as far as removing everything and just powering the board. Does the same. I think I have a bad mobo. My power supply is good.

What I have tried so far.

Both ways with the memory
Cleared CMOS
Flashing the board (it completed)
Power supply was checked on another system
Checked the power connection Case power button
