MSI R7-265 2GB DDR5 OC with this monitor?

im upgrading my graphics card and this is my monitor http://www.pcworld.com/product/1409349/samsung-syncmaster-632nw-lcd-monitor.html. the video card dont have any VGA and my monitor is VGA buts the video cards comes with an adaptor... my monitors max resolution is 1360 x 768... will my monitor works with the graphics card normally?

a 2gb r7-265 will destroy that monitor... you could back down the gpu to a r7-250x and still be buying too much gpu for that monitor.

but yes, an r7-265 will work with that monitor. just get a dvi-d to vga adapter, i think they cost $4

Yes. vga is o.k. for that resolution. Just use the adapter on the graphics card and plug the monitor lead into that. A 265 is amply powered for that resolution as well by the way.
However.I would not go lower than that card unless the monitor has had little use.
I doubt you could buy one that resolution anymore and if you could, a more modern monitor would be a similar price.

will the adaptor work because the GPU has no VGA only DVI and HDMI...

I mean it's like x10 more gpu power then you'll ever need at that resolution. I'm saying it's overkill, you're probably spending $50 too much. an r7-250x will do just as good a job at that resolution and cost you $50 less. in short the resolution is so low there is no point to buying all that gpu power for it.

it will work 100% with any monitor you own. that is the whole point of a graphics card. if they didn't work with a monitor then there would be no point in their existence
