Hey guys, so I'm planning on putting an MSI R7 370 2GB GPU in my budget rig to get better frame rates than the Pentium G3258 in it (obviously).

Anyways; my only concern is that my power supply in the rig is at 400 W. Will it be able to handle the R7?

it would need to be a top of the line one with a spare 6-pin pcie cable

since not all "400w" power supplies are created equal, what make and model is it?



you are also better off getting a gtx 950

It's in a budget case so if my memory is right it's a 400 W imicro or something.

Also I think I might be more of an MSI guy

then you need to get a new power supply first
