CPU-AMD FX 8350 8 core Black Edition

GPU-AMD HD 6570 2GB DDR3

RAM-8GB Corsair

Motherboard-MSI 990 FXA GD 65

PSU-Corsair VS550 W

I will change to

MSI R9 270x Gaming 2gb

2 questions

Will my motherboard support it and can it run BF 4 on ultra on 1600 X 900 resolution ?

I knw both are silly questions :3

yes you will, maybe with lower option on the antialiasing and after installing the latest beta driver 14.1 that supports mantle and gives a hell of a boost especially on bf4. you can download it from here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64
