It comes down to personal preferance; i would say msi bacause fans ar larger(also it will counter-clock spin to kick off dust)

if in your budget the sapphire toxic card is amazing i got mine for a good deal but not always the case 😛. its 30 more most likely but is considered the best 270x

the asus direct cuII cooler seems to perform better than the mis twin frozr on these r9 cards.
