Which is better in terms of performance, cooling and people choice. I play games like gta 5, batman arkham knight and mad max. I have a 650W psu. I play games at 1080p or higher

For 1080p or higher resolution, i'd aim for a R9 390.

Between those, i'd pick sapphire nitro.
