Msi R9 380 vs Gigabyte Gtx 960

Hello guys,i am looking for videocard and i saw the msi r9 380,and i was wondering which version should i buy,2gb or 4gb version,cause the 2gb is cheaper and i dont know if it is worth to buy 4gb? At first i was interested in gtx 960 ,but i saw that msi r9 380 is better at all and almost on the same price.
My specs are
Intel core i5 2400 3,1 ghz
8 Gb ddr3
PSU:600W CoolerMaster RS600
My question is:Is the 4gb worth than 2gb because 4gb is more expensive and i dont know if it is worth , and will that card ( Msi R9 380) run on my PC with that PSU? and what do you guys think about Gigabyte gtx 960 4gb vs Msi R9 380 4gb? Which is faster?

The 4GB is worth it. It can run on your PSU.

If you live in the US and can find the R9 380 4GB for around 200 dollars, choose that.

I find that the GTX 960 is better optimised for a few very popular games so in my opinion when it comes to the 2GB model I would always choose the GTX 960.
