MSI r9 390 crossfire

Solution

94 is getting near limits I believe, though still ok. When are you hitting those temps? Running Kombustor? Do you have all you fan slots filled on your case? Any side fan options?
I would do a custom fan curve in MSI Afterburner. If its still running hot you can RMA it if your worried. MSI has awesome service.
There is plenty room between slots on motherboard, those cards will fit just fine.
About fitting into case -
specifications say that card length is 277mm and case supports 278mm cards with drive cage installed.
So it should fit just barely, but you might need to remove drive cage or relocate it to lowest possible position.

Temperatures depend on how good case is ventilated.
2xR9 390 will run rather hot. You may need to install some additional case fan.
There are plenty of options for that case:

Yes looks like it will fit nicely, without blocking MB headers like it did on my CHVF-Z MB, forcing me to buy Gigabyte 990FX G1 Gaming so I can run 2 in CF and still plug in case cables. The slots on your MB look nicely spaced too so that should not be a problem. I am running them in crossfire with a FX9590, with H80iGT cooler running in push/pull intake in a Storm Enforcer case with a HAF912 windowed side cover with side fan, and my temps are fine. Your case is better ventilated so your temps should be good. Side fan and good exhaust will ensure this.
