MSI R9 390 Promblem

I Just Built My PC i5 6600k , 8GB DDR4 2666mhz,Wins 10 Im trying to play Gta V and my game lags fps goes all the way down to 10 And Freezes For Like 5 Seconds.Could It Be Too Little Ram Becuase I Did Check And Some How There Only Like 100Mb Ram Avabile Not With No Tabs Open .Also My FPS doesnt pass 60 is that normal?? Play it 1080p at very high fxaa on and msaa at 2x Thanks

sounds like your cpu is overheating

make sure your cpu cooler is properly mounted and the fans are spinning

check your temps with a program like Hwinfo



could also be a too weak power supply, do you have at least a 650w unit?

Well My CPU Is Actually Running About 50c Full Load When I OC It To 4.5 It Goes Up To 70c And Yes I Have A Gold 650w PSU, Im Thinking It My Ram When I Check It Seems To Be Full

70 is too hot for amd cpu


install amd overdrive and check your thermal margins while the cpu is under load
