Is this normal for MSI amd r9 390 temperature 85-95C even when im playing 2011 games (NFS The Run at high setting) ? I'm worried because this gc makes other parts become hot too, like motherboard and my ssd.

what should I do?
I'm using Crimson driver ( not sure if this is related).
and got 2 fans ( 1 intake, 1 exhaust).

what about the crimson driver?

and my 2 fans are SP 140mm , is it ok if i make 1 as intake and other as an exhaust, just now i read , SP should intake in front of case (my case:NZXT S340) , not as an exhaust.

AF fans should be an exhaust.

I have an MSI r9 390 and during idle it runs about 40 Celsius, and gets up to about 72 Celsius during 100% utilization. this is using a custom fan curve on afterburner. I definitely dont think you should be getting temps that high.

custom fan curve? how much did you set it to?

Another suggestion is to 1.add more fans to case
2. hoover out your case and components to make sure all dust is gone (which generates heat)

100% load varies depending on the instructions being run. If I play Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, at 100% my fans are at 45% on my 390 and the card is at 70C. If I play Syndicate, it is at 100% and my fans are on full blast and the card is near 90C.

what is your psu?also set your fans to auto as the driver software for your GPU should control them for you ,

my psu is Corsair VS650.

and after I let side window panel open, my temperature stays at 75-77C while playing GTA V , most are "very high" setting. is it a good temperature?

put a peltier on your graphics card

peltier ? for what?

peltier or custom water block/loop ,look on youtube for instructions/guides :)

There is no reason to get a custom water block on this graphics card. unless you are doing some extreme overclocking.

The custom fan curve I have is set to turn the fans on at 30 degrees. at idle it sits at 40 Celsius and 11 percent fan speed.

I have 2 140mm fans on intake, one 120 mm fan on bottom intake. one 120mm fan exhaust, and the two fans on my Nepton 240 as exhaust out the top.

using kombuster on msi afterburner here are my numbers : OpenGL2, 1280x720(AA😱ff)

FPS: 287 (min 256 max 300 avg 280) frames 120000 elapsed time 7:15

temperatures stabilized at 83 Celsius, fans at 90%
