MSI Radeon R7 250 OC edition - with a H61M-Plus Motherboard

hey guys, I was just wondering, I'm sorta new to getting graphic cards and what not - but recently, I bought a MSI Radeon R7 250 OC edition BUT the thing that concerns me is that the card is PCI 3.0 ready , not PCI 3.0 x16 - will this matter? AM I still able to use this card with my motherboard? PPPPLLLEEEASE, let me know because if not i'm cancelling my order
