msi radeon r9 290 hitting tjunction

i have a msi radeon r9 290 wich is a really hot running card and i was wondering if there was any other way to make the card run at a cooler temp as it runs at 94 degrees under full load wich is tjunction and ive tried changing the thermal paste and i even went as far as sticking a copper plate in between the heatsync and the card and its working but are there any other alternatives to keeping the card cool ive got good air flow with 2 exhaust fans 1 140mm in the front and 1 120mm fan in the top
