MSI Radeon R9 390 doesn't cool down, need help!

So I have this GPU for a month now but it starts acting a little strange.
When my gpu is on load it normally starts cooling and kept a stable 60C (140F), but recently it doesn't do that anymore (I didn't change the settings or what so ever, just plug n play).
The fans only start spinning at 100% when it hits critical temps (90C/194F).
First I thought it was MSI afterburner that didn't work properly anymore but after reinstalling the it kept doing the same thing.
Everything worked fine with the current drivers for a month, so I don't think reinstalling that will do the trick.

My setup:

- MSI Z97 GAMING 5 Motherboard
- Intel Core i5 4690 / 3.5 Ghz (standard cooling)
- Corsair Dominator Platinum / DDR3 - 2 x 4 GB / 1600 MHz
- MSI Radeon R9 390 (obviously)
- Corsair CS750M - 750W PSU
- BitFenix Shadow (always open, no extra fans installed)

Thanks in advance!

What is your driver version? The AMD Crimson drivers had a bug to do with the fans profile for which there was an update.

Check you have the LATEST AMD crimson driver suite.
