My main concern is temps, i don't care about +/- 3 fps, looks, e.t.c. I have terrible experience buying a GPU and then finding out that it has terrible cooling system. My new MSI RX 580 ARMOR OC was hitting 88C-90C while gaming and i don't want to experience that anymore. I have no way figuring out which brand of the GPU model is decent (temps/performance) unless i see benchmarks on that specific model. I can't seem to find one on those models, does anybody here have any experience/knowledge on these cards, which one should i go for?

Solution
Well, since the "Mech" cards are generally among the lowest tiered cards for any particular architecture sold by MSI and the Red Dragon cards are a bit higher end, it's probably not even a question really. And Powercolor has been making graphics cards since about 1997 so they are not new to the industry at all.

I think you are going to be sad though if you buy the RX 5500 xt expecting to see a significant bump in performance as the 5500 xt barely performs better than the RX 580. If you are gaming at 1080p or higher I'd highly recommend you avoid the 5500 xt and look to something a bit higher tiered even if it means having to wait and...

And as far as the Mech cards go, practically every one of them has problems. The major one being a very common "rattling" noise coming from the fans/cooler on the majority of cards and that goes for multiple tiers and generations. They are simply very cheap hardware.

Thanks for the valuable info, i brought up RX 580 only as an example from my past bad experience, i'm not making an "upgrade" from it. I am looking for a used GPU for around 100-110$ max on ebay. RX 5500 XT 8GB seems the best choice for me in that price range. Another choices are older and weaker RX 580/590 almost same price, weaker GTX 1650 /Super with 4GB less VRAM and pricier and GTX 1660/Supers a little stronger but way pricier, i could get 5600 XT/5700XT for same money
