So I built my new PC about three months ago. I had problems with it freezing and figured out the the GPU was the cause so I RMA'd it back to MSI for repair/replacement. I sent it on the 26th of February. It is now a month later and it is still in the received stage which is weird since they received it on the 7th of March. So now I'm wondering whether or not this is the normal time that the MSI RMA service takes (the site said 5 - 10 business days). Has anybody had a run-in with this service? Did it take as long as mine is?
 
You're gonna have to talk to MSI about this man, we can't help you. Call customer support and see what's going on. If they say 5-10 business days then I'd imagine that's what the normal turnaround period is.
 
Sent to Netherlands from the UK. It took a total 15 days from the start of an RMA request to receiving the replacement card. It was during August.
They didn't send any information whether I was getting a replacement or not, I just happened to be in for that delivery.
Call/email the MSI, if you went directly to them for a RMA you should have a RMA number to given.
