[SOLVED] MSI Rtx 2070 ARMOR low gpu usage

hello guys im facing some problems, maybe you can help me understand.
recently i see with msi after burner that my graphics card its almost all the time at 55-60% USAGE
im playing pubg on ultra sometimes reaches 100fps and avg fps its around 60-70
GPU USAGE ITS 55-60% all the time CPU never goes more than 70% USAGE
what can be the problem? i want my gpu to be 100% and have around 144fps
even if i low the settings on game doesnt affect the framerate too much

maybe i need more RAM memory ? that can be the only problem that i see to be relevant.

CPU : i5 8400 - Coffelake
GPU : MSI RTX2070 Armor 8g
Ram : kingston hyperx ddr4 2666mhz 8GB
Motherboard : ASUS H370m Prime Plus
SSD SAMSUNG EVO

Not going to happen with with PUBG, in simple terms, due to lazy ass programming of allocation of resources.
What kind of monitor do you have, by the way?

some kind of cheap samsung monitor with 60hz refresh rate, but doesnt matter, if its not vsync on, i just realised my gpu works fine on witcher 3 ( 95% gpu usage) and 98% gpu usage on 4K resolution

Now that's a much better game to check usage with. It isn't a good idea to optimize one's build around PUBG. High-end setups even have trouble maxing that game out.
