I'm planning on purchasing this GPU, but I've been reading up on some of the reviews about it and it seems to be high temperature, high fan speed, and being extremely noisy.

Has there been verified widespread issues regarding this model or MSI's GPU products in general?

I'm planning to test first with my current build before swapping out certain parts to upgrade.

Current build:
i5-4690K CPU
Kraken X62 AIO CPU Cooler
MSI PC Mate Z97 Mobo
16GB RAM
Corsair 500R Case
Supernova GS 650W 80+ Gold PSU

New builds with old parts:
Intel Core i7-10700K 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor
NZXT Kraken X62 Liquid AIO CPU Cooler
MSI MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI ATX LGA1200 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16
Corsair 500R Case
Supernova GS 650W 80+ Gold PSU

This is all with a single 1440p60hz 32'' monitor. Do you surmise that I'll have any issues with the temperatures once I get my new 2070 Super?

A question regarding the MSI Ventus in relation to my current system and the temperature. On the top of your head, do you know if my system will be decent enough to handle the airflow and temperature of the Ventus?

idle: 44c
gaming load: 76c
Your chassis seems to be good. Make sure to have multiple intake fans. But honestly, if you have the money for the 10700k and nzxt kraken etc, might as well invest in a better gpu. Get the msi gaming trio x rtx 2070 super or evga rtx 2070 super sc ultra or even zotac rtx 2070 super extreme amp. These will have better cooling. Spend more now but you will have an ease of mind for a long time

The ventus or mech oc lineups from msi are cheap because they cheapened out on the cooling design. It will run hot and loud. You get what you pay for. If you dont mind it, then by all means get it since it's cheaper. Performance wise, i think it'll be the same as other rtx 2070 super maybe a bit behind if it throttles due to heat.
