Personally i have the rx480 version of sapphire nitro+ and i haven't regretted getting it. But i hear very good things about the msi gaming card, and if it had been priced similair to the sapphire version, i might have gotten that one. - I just don't think it' worth the extra money.

So i would say buy the msi version if you think the price hike is fine, otherwise buy sapphire (it has it's advantages also).

The sapphire one says $254 when i look a the price...

In any case, if you can get the msi cheaper in your country, then i would get that one. You should also be able to overclock the msi more, since the sapphire is already overclocked higher than most, if not all, other rx480 out of the box.

The gaming X are red & black, and have better cooling plus clocks speeds. The Armour models are black & white.
