Hello everyone,

So i typically don't make posts since i'm usually able to find a solution via scouring forums. Unfortunately i have been unable to solve my issue. From what i can tell it is either a driver issue or a hardware issue.

Things i have already done

Reinstalled windows 11 and 10
ran a memory test on both sticks (passed)
tried the verifier but this seemed to make the problem worse. i know you guys will be needing logs which i should have saved but i will upload them shortly.

In the meantime though how likely is it that this is a hardware issue?

here are the logs

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Reinstalled windows 11 and 10
Where did you source the installers for the OS? Are you doing a dual boot or just one OS then upgrading to the latter via the the internal upgrade path?

Check and see if the laptop has any BIOS updates pending. You should be installing drivers for your laptop in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, this means you will have to download the drivers off of MSI's support page and install them manually.

These are all the logs form todays crashes
