MSI TF III 7950 Crushes under high load.

so recently I bough a refurbished TF III 7950. I can play light load game like AC2 and brotherhood no problem. I even did furmark without a hiccup. but when I tries to run crysis 2, I can't seem to run it without crushing every 10 to 15 mins, and BF3 crushes often after quitting the game. does this mean there is something wrong with my card? should I return it?

I do have the latest driver and it is still causing the problem. I increased voltage by a bit and it is not solving the problem either.
