I currently have a MSI TF III Geforce GTX 660 in my build but its not supporting my 4K TV when it come to typical use. I need to know whether i should switch my GPU out with the MSI GeForce GTX 970 or to go SLI with my current card. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

You'll need an HDMI v2 output that supports 4K@60Hz.

So the 660's are out. Also, not really enough VRAM. Having said that, even with a GTX970 I'd personally be using 1080p@60Hz since 4K gaming is problematic. If you aren't gaming then we're back to just needing the 4K@60FPS HDMI output.

*I just need to verify GTX970 supports that.
