Question MSI Tomahawk Max B450 BIOS Flash Button Problems

Hello... so as the title says, I have a little problem with this BIOS flash button. Sadly I don't have an older CPU only a Ryzen 5 3600 so I can't update it in the old fashioned way.
During the update, after like 5-6 minutes the red LED stops flashing and it becomes static.
Any ideas what is going on?

See steps here;

USB stick no larger than 16GB and Fat32 formatted.

If undertaken steps in video still fail, try another USB stick. If still no go, remove anything connected to the motherboard having only ATX and CPU power connected as shown in the video.

Yeah I saw that video but it didn't help me at all. I followed every instructions, I've been trying with 2 different USB sticks, a 16GB and a 8GB both Fat32, and yes only the ATX and CPU cables are connected but still nothing. I guess I'll just return this board

Did you rename the rom file? It's not in a folder on the usb stick?

Did you ever figure out a solution to this, I am having the same problem
