MSI Twin Frozr 7950 vs Gigabyte Triforce 7950

I was orginally going to buy the sapphire 7950 when it was $290 +$20 MIR, but the price went up to $319. The same price as the msi and $20 more than the gigabyte, so I don't really feel it's worth it anymore. So I'm trying to decide between the msi 7950 or the gigabyte version. I've heard that the new gigabyte cards have a locked voltage and I'm planning on OCing, so I'm leaning towards the twin frozr if it's true. Which I hope isn't because the gigabyte seems to run a few degrees cooler.

Gigabyte because its
1.Cheaper
2. Runs cooler
3. Factory Clocked higher

Either way they are both great cards

From what I've heard the voltage is locked on the gigabyte.
