MSI Twin Frozr (GTX 970): do fans push or pull into radiator?

I can't find this info anywhere... Do the fans on the MSI Gaming series of GTX 970, the Twin Frozr fan, pull air from the heatsink, or push air into it? Trying to plan out my case cooling. Thanks!

Thanks! I was hoping to have some positive pressure in the case pushing air out of the PCI slot openings, but when the MSI fans kick on I guess it would create a dead spot there, which is unfortunate.

the card doesnt get that hot the gtx970 runs pretty cool

and i have positive pressure in my case--seems to be no issue
