my card sags, will it cause damage to the motherboard, i dont mind the look or anything, but will it damage anything? thank you for your help

Yes it will loosen the PCI slot over time.

You can use zipties to secure the sagging end of the card.

You can prop something against the sagging end also.

That depends on how bad the sag of the card is.
Post a picture, nearly every modern card out there has some droop to it, you may not need to take action.

mine isnt that bad, you can see it actually came loose there, mine hasnt done that, how long would it actually take to warp the board anyway?

It would depend on how bad the card is sagging, but it takes an extreme amount of weight hanging off to damage the board. The graphics card would probably have to be RMAd first.

in worse case scenario and it does damage the board, would msi replace my board?

Seeing as their product would have damaged another, and how good their customer service is, I would say they would.
