MSI vs. ASUS

So i need to buy a new GPU to replace my 7770 and i want to get a r9 270. However, i don't know which brand to go with. I plan to do some overclocking because i have heard that the 270 is great at it. there is an asus direct cu II card for 179 and a msi twin frozr IV card for the same price.Which should i go with.

There is also a gigabyte model but i have never liked how they look.

MSI gaming twin forzr 4 is a very solid card. Directcu ii runs a little hotter.

Msi has better customer service.

Both oc equally.
