MSI vs EVGA GTX 760 Difference

So, here's two cards containing the GTX 760 GPU.
One is made by EVGA:

Can anyone help me differentiate between the two cooling-wise, performance-wise, quality-wise, or just in any way at all?

Both are great cards. Personally, when I go with a nvidia card I always go EVGA. Their new ACX cooler is extremely high quality. I know the twin frozr is a well known and good cooler also. Really it's a win either way, but if you're going to drop 310 on a 760, why not put in another 20 and get a 770?

I'd like the 4GB VRAM. Should I think otherwise?

The 4gb won't matter unless you're high res gaming like 1440p or multi monitor. If you're running 1080p or less the 770 will give you much better performance.

Will either of these cards be bottlenecked by an i5 4670K?

Fack no. The 4670k is the best gaming cpu out right now, except maybe the 4770k, but you're paying $100 extra for minimal difference.
