Question MSi vs Gigabyte vs Asus

Hi

They're all making the same rx 3070 Ti graphics card I am looking at getting but:

MSI - £838 £699 (TUF)
Gigabyte - £689 (Gaming)
Asus - £1018 £689 (Ventus)

Oddly enough, the one I had in my basket was the Gigabyte one.
The £300 odd saving on the Asus looks good but not sure what the names of them mean - Ventus? That one comes pre-overclocked, which isn't something I am particularly interested in.
Surely the same card is the same card?
