Hello everyone. I bought MSI x370 gaming plus motherboard with Ryzen 5 1600 CPU and MSI Geforce GTX 1050 GPU, 2x4 DDR4 RAM and connected with 550w psu. I have 3 USB ports on FP (2 usb 2.0's and 1 usb 3.0) with 2 audio outputs (meaning 1 for headsets and 1 for microphone) and 2 LED's. When I connect any Flash Drive into first 2.0 USB port, computer does not see them. For the rest ports its all ok. But when i connect android phone with any of these ports, there is strange thing: windows shows that device is connecting and instantly disconnecting from FP. This cycle lasts forever until I disconnect manually my phone. Has anybody faced the same problem? How did u fix it and what it this?
BTW when i connected this FP abd psu with another motherboard with the same 1050 with Intel Core i3 2100 cpu and 2x4 DDR3 RAM it all works properly. All 3 ports are working correct.

Solution
- Turn off USB power saving/susspend in Power area of control panel.
- Try disabling USB 3.0 in your BIOS
- Double check your BIOS version, make sure it is the latest.
- Try loading a bootable Linux distribution and test out the ports
