Msi x370 Pro Carbon "Game Boost" runs poorly

Isnt this just a baseline .4 OC? Well whatever it is it makes at least World of warcraft run extremly choppy and laggy. I had to shut it off and back to normal. Any ideas?

If the game runs properly without game boost, then it might be worth researching ways on how to disable it. If it's laggy even without game boost, it might be an HDD problem or CPU problem, considering MMOs tend to be resource heavy on both of those.
