Question MSI X470 GAMING PLUS MAX Doesn't see GTX 560

I bought an MSI X470 GAMING PLUS MAX a couple days ago and put a gtx 560 into it. System boots, gpu fans are spinning but no signals or display. Checked the gpu on another motherboard and it worked normally. I have an igpu and the MSI X470 works normally with it. I Tried:

• Clearing CMOS
• Updating bios
• Changing monitor
• Changing cables
• Changing pci slots.

Is this a compability issue or something else?
