hi pc gurus.
recently i got that mb and i have ryzen 5 1500x already. dont shoot me. i ll upgrade to 3700x later ofc.
anyways. i need ram advice for now.
i am planning for this build for only 3d modelling&rendering, not gaming(mb 7-8 hours for a week).

so currently i have three real option.

1- corsair vengeance pro rgb sl 2x8 3600 mhz cl18
2- corsair vengeance pro rgb 2x16 3000 mhz cl16
3- crucial ballistix 2x8 3600 mhz cl16

idk which one is the most compitable my mobo&cpu combo. i know capacity is the most important part of 3d but what about mhz and cl ?
i can upgrade 16 & 3600 to 32 & 3600 later but i cant upgrade 3000 to 3600..
my braind is a nutshell for a one week.
pls help me.

Another thing to think about : If you use both memory controller channels (4 sticks of RAM) it will be almost impossible to get memory faster than 3200MHz on any Ryzen before Zen3 (5000 series) and x570 chipset MBs. Equally difficcult with first Ryzen series like 1500.
There's not much to be gained by using 3600MHz over 3200, so I would suggest a good 3200MHz with decent Cl (Cl 14)

Adding more later is iffy even if you buy the so called exact memory as unexperienced builders call it.

Hard to go wrong with the tested memory on the motherboard.

I would try for 3200 16 cas at the least if your going to need 32GB then buy it now in a matched set as in 1 package.

wow. thats the best answer i've got. so ye i ll got another 2x8 kit later cuz of 3d. u know, rams a lot of ramss.
that mobo(x470) which i got recently for almost hundred bill, its officially support max 3rd gen so i dont have options for zen3 cpus.
last of all, if i can't get 3600 mhz with 4 slot, its extra money waste. u right, 3200 mhz enough.
thanks dude, i am appreciative for that.
