[SOLVED] MSI X470 Gaming Plus vs Asrock B550M PRO 4

What's up guys. My budget increased a little so now I can afford one of these motherboards. Which do you think I should buy and why? I've heard that Asrock b550M Pro4 has USB controller problem or something.
I want this motherboards for R5 3500 and 2x8 3600mhz Ram kit.
Any help will be appreciated.

B550 is what i would go for.
Out of the box compatability with Ryzen 3000, alongside PCIe 4.0.

Just based on specifications (being B550) and overall connectivity, I would choose Asrock B550M Pro4. However, I never used Asrock brand and this board is almost "suspicious" cheap for B550... what to say.. get it

That MSI X470 not only might have issues with the new CPUs, they will lack PCIe4. better memory compatibility, SAM option for Radeon GPUs.
The B550 Pro4 is a better choice, at that price is a must, theres nothing wrong with it, Buildzoid actually made a comment that the board is actually pretty decent and we all know how picky is he.

-no need to spread FUD. Reality is, many B450 & X470 owners are running 5000 series CPU's at full performance just fine.
